¶ 1. On November 20, 1991, Dorothy Thornton and William Thornton filed suit against Harvey S. Sanders, M.D., alleging medical malpractice. Dr. Sanders responded on December 20, 1991 denying said allegations of medical malpractice. After a three day jury trial, commencing on March 17, 1997, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Dr. Sanders, and final judgment was entered. Aggrieved, Thornton appeals to this Court the following issue...
