Kim McGilvray appeals the termination of her teaching contract with Boyd Independent School District (BISD). After receiving notice that her contract had been proposed for termination, McGilvray requested a hearing. Following three days of testimony, a certified hearing examiner filed extensive findings of fact and conclusions of law, and recommended that McGilvray be terminated.
