KING, P.J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Dixie Runnels Stringer ("Stringer") appeals a decision of the Forrest County Chancery Court1. The court found that Stringer had failed to establish adverse possession of a tract of land, to which R.W. Robinson ("Robinson"), Elaine Patterson and Dan Patterson (collectively referred to as the Pattersons), held record title. Stringer alleges three errors.
