Gierschick, Jr. (Claimant) petitions for review of a State Employees' Retirement Board's (Board) order that required him to forfeit his retirement benefits pursuant to the Public Employee Pension Forfeiture Act (Act 140)1 earned up to and including the date of his guilty plea for committing perjury before a federal grand jury. We affirm.
