This is a direct appeal by defendant Ronnie V. Tiffany from his conviction of and sentence for one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child in violation of K.S.A. 21-3504. We granted defendant's petition for review of the Court of Appeals' unpublished opinion. (State v. Tiffany, No. 77,835, filed October 9, 1998.)
