Daigle Oil Company, Inc., d/b/a Delta Fuel Stop and its insurer, Ranger Insurance Company (collectively Delta Fuel) seeking damages for injuries sustained when she was pinned against a convenience restroom door, while exiting the patrons' restroom, by a car which jumped the curb.
