David Lenz appeals two orders denying his motions to dismiss criminal nonsupport charges against him under § 948.22(2), STATS.1 He contends that: (1) the conduct criminalized by the statute is only the failure to pay current child support; (2) even if the statute covers the failure to pay arrearages, it does not apply once the child attains the age of majority; and (3) the court erred by determining that Lenz's tax intercepts...
