A jury convicted Carmen Ramirez ("Ramirez") of one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. § 846 (West 1999). Ramirez raises two issues on appeal. First, Ramirez argues the district court erred in denying her motion for a mistrial or alternatively to strike the government's two main witness' testimony on the grounds that the government's failure to produce tapes of conversation between the two witnesses violated...
