¶ 1. James Earl Wilson was found guilty of armed robbery by a jury of the Circuit Court of DeSoto County. On March 11, 1998, the circuit court entered an order sentencing Wilson to serve thirty years in the custody of the MDOC, with fifteen years suspended contingent upon future good behavior.
