Bettie W. Penrod (wife) appeals the decision of the circuit court terminating her spousal support payments. Wife contends the trial court erred when it found that James E. Penrod (husband) established that she cohabitated with a man for more than sixty consecutive days so as to be "remarried" under the terms of the parties' separation agreement. Finding no error, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
