On order of the Court, the motion for rehearing is considered and, in lieu of granting rehearing, we direct the Reporter to correct the first sentence of the last paragraph of the opinion of the Court, 459 Mich. 602, 594 N.W.2d 47, 53 to read as follows: "Accordingly, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed, and the defendant's conviction of OUIL 2nd is reinstated."
