¶ 1 Helen V. Sosso and Ronald F. Croushore appeal the trial court's decree confirming a common law arbitration award and entering judgment in favor of Kathy McKenna. Sosso and Croushore contend that the trial court erred in confirming the judgment because the arbitration panel failed to provide a full and fair hearing of their defenses prior to entering an award and relied on evidence outside the record.
