The primary issue before us is whether the admission in evidence, over objection, that the alleged victims were in fear of the defendant was prejudicial error requiring reversal of the defendant's convictions of assault with intent to kill Henry Garcia, assault and battery on Henry by means of a dangerous weapon, and home invasion.1 We affirm the convictions.
