The central issue on appeal is whether the bankruptcy court erred as a matter of law by granting an individual judgment creditor standing to prosecute a fraudulent transfer action on behalf of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158 and reviews the bankruptcy court's legal conclusions de novo. See In re Goerg, 930 F.2d 1563
