This cause is before the Court on four motions filed by Defendants. Defendant Cable One, Inc. (Cable One)filed a motion for severance and a motion to transfer to the Western Division of this Court. Also before the Court are two motions to dismiss, one filed by each of Defendants Time Warner and Cable One. The Court has considered the motions and Plaintiffs' responses.
