WILSON, United States Magistrate Judge.

Presently before the court are Defendant's Motion to Strike (Doc. 35) and Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 23).

Plaintiff was employed by Defendant as an outside operator. On January 1, 1996, it was discovered that she had left the plant without authorization. She was subsequently fired. Plaintiff claims that her termination was the result of racial and gender discrimination...
