Over his plea of not guilty, a jury found appellant, Gene Auther Taylor, guilty of capital murder. See TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 19.03 (Vernon 1989 & Supp.1994). The jury assessed punishment at life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Appellant appeals his conviction on six points of error.
