The Supreme Court did not err in denying the defendant's second motion to controvert a search warrant, as the motion was based on grounds which the defendant, with due diligence, could have presented on his initial motion to controvert (see, CPL 255.20 [2], [3]; People v Killings, 191 A.D.2d 586
