The defendant in this action for the dissolution of a marriage appeals from the judgment of the trial court. The defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) ordered him to provide a $100,000 life insurance policy naming the plaintiff as the beneficiary for their minor child, (2) granted the plaintiff sole discretion over whether the child will attend private school and ordered him to contribute to the child's tuition...
