Houston Foods, Inc. sued Atlanta J's, Inc. (AJI) and Horace Bradford for amounts allegedly due under a lease agreement. AJI and Bradford moved for summary judgment, arguing that the claim was barred by res judicata. The trial court denied the motion, and we granted defendants' application for interlocutory appeal. Because plaintiff's claim is barred by res judicata, we reverse the trial court's order.
