Betty Louise Marek challenges the jurisdictional basis for her conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 1958. Finding no error, we affirm.

I. FACTS

The facts underlying Marek's conviction are not in dispute. In September of 1996, Marek met Ricardo Cervantes. They exchanged telephone numbers and later spoke several times by telephone. On October 30, 1997, Marek told Cervantes that Betty Hooten Wade was interfering with Marek...
