THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. DEREK FLETCHER, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Decided February 1, 1999.


Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by reducing the sentence imposed for the defendant's conviction of robbery in the second degree from 12½ to 25 years imprisonment to 7½ to 15 years imprisonment; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant's claims regarding the People's failure to provide notice pursuant to CPL 710.30 of their intent to use his statements at trial are unpreserved for appellate review
