Following his indictment for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, Antonio Williams moved to suppress evidence of the cocaine found in the trunk of his car. After his motion to suppress was denied, Williams stipulated to the remainder of the evidence and the trial court convicted him of the lesser included offense of possession of cocaine.
