This case is before us on a writ of error brought by the named plaintiff in error, Leonard M. Crone (plaintiff), an attorney, who seeks reversal of an order of the trial court disqualifying him from any further representation of his client, the plaintiff in error, Alvin Lopes, in Lopes' pending criminal case. We conclude that the plaintiff lacks standing to challenge the disqualification order and, accordingly, we dismiss the writ...
