At issue in this appeal from a conviction for possession of cocaine are the trial court's rulings on a motion to suppress evidence. Specifically, the appellant argues that the trial court committed reversible error in: (1) admitting evidence seized in searches of a vehicle and a residence because the searches were unsupported by probable cause and unreasonable in scope and duration; and (2) admitting a confession that was allegedly obtained...
