This is the second appeal of a damages award for wrongful termination of a franchise under the New Jersey Franchise Practice Act ("NJFPA"). In the first appeal, we vacated the award and remanded for a new trial on the appellant's NJFPA damages. See Cooper Distributing Co. v. Amana Refrigeration, Inc., 63 F.3d 262
