Ordered that the order and judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof which granted that branch of the petition which was to confirm the arbitration award with respect to relief granted for the period more than 75 days prior to March 2, 1994, and denied that branch of the cross motion which was to dismiss that branch of the petition, and substituting therefor provisions denying that branch of the petition and granting that branch of the cross motion...
