This is an appeal by Diana M.E. from a divorce order of the Circuit Court of McDowell County awarding her former husband, Kevin S.E., Sr., custody of the parties' two infant children. In making the custody award, the circuit court rejected the recommendations of the family law master in the case. On appeal, the appellant claims that the circuit court erred in not adopting the family law master's recommendation...
