This complex medical malpractice case stems from the tragic circumstances surrounding the birth of Jennifer Tanner, a young girl who now suffers from cerebral palsy. Jennifer's father, Frank Tanner, individually and as next friend of his daughter, and Daisy Tanner, Jennifer's mother, alleged various acts of negligence in this diversity action against their obstetrician, Dr. Wade Westbrook; their pediatrician, Dr. Manoj Narayanan...
