The prosecutor appeals by leave granted an order by which the circuit court vacated a district court order denying defendant's motion to suppress blood alcohol test results and remanded defendant's case to the district court for an evidentiary hearing regarding whether the test results were reflective of defendant's blood alcohol level at the time of his offense.
