In this legal malpractice action involving an underlying landlord-tenant dispute, we granted leave to determine whether the tolling provisions in M.C.L. § 600.5744(5); MSA 27A.5744(5) require the filing of an appeal bond within ten days after entry of the judgment awarding possession to the landlord.
