CONTIE, Circuit Judge.

Following the revocation of his three-year term of supervised release, the district court sentenced defendant-appellant Gary L. Davis ("Davis") to a two-year term of imprisonment and a one-year term of supervised release. On appeal, Davis asserts that the one-year term of supervised release violates 18 U.S.C. § 3583(h) in light of the two-year term of imprisonment imposed by the district court.
