On November 19, 1998, a grand jury indicted defendant David Anthony Superville ["Superville"] for falsely representing that he possessed a Social Security number not assigned to him, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(7)(b). Superville has moved to suppress statements taken from him by the Immigration and Naturalization Service ["INS"] as well as his file with the Workmen's Compensation Division ["WCD"] of the Virgin Islands...
