Richard Wyatt moved to suppress his confession concerning the robbery of several banks in Wisconsin and elsewhere. After the district court denied his motion, Wyatt entered a conditional guilty plea to one count of bank robbery, 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), reserving his right to appeal the denial of his motion. Wyatt appeals, arguing that his confession should have been suppressed because authorities failed to honor his request for an attorney...
