The significant issue in these consolidated appeals is whether the pension benefits received by the plaintiffs are "like benefits" for purposes of subsection 161(1)(c) of the Worker's Disability Compensation Act (WDCA), M.C.L. § 418.161(1)(c); MSA 17.237(161)(1)(c).
