In this Administrative Procedure Act1 ("APA") suit for review of final agency action, plaintiff claims that her General Discharge from the Air Force was contrary to law because she was denied an opportunity to testify and present evidence at a live hearing before the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records ("AFBCMR").
