Before the court is the defendant's August 9, 1999 "Motion to Dismiss Indictment." Defendant Ray Dayton Dove was indicted by the grand jury on March 11, 1999 and charged with three counts of violations of the Lacey Act, 16 U.S.C. §§ 3372(a)(2)(A), 3373(d)(1)(B), involving the unlawful sale of wildlife.
