Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC), M.C.L. § 750.520b(1)(b)(ii); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(b)(ii), and two counts of second-degree CSC, M.C.L. § 750.520c(1)(b)(ii); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(b)(ii). The trial court sentenced defendant to concurrent terms of twenty to forty years' imprisonment for the first-degree CSC conviction and eight to fifteen...
