The defendant, Rodney M. Peterson, appeals from the judgments rendered following the denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) rejected his motion to withdraw his guilty plea without holding an evidentiary hearing and (2) advised him of the minimum sentences for the crimes to which he pleaded guilty.
