Defendant was convicted of first-degree felony murder,1 M.C.L. § 750.316(1)(b); MSA 28.548(1)(b), following the death of his elderly aunt. On appeal, defendant does not argue that the trial court incorrectly concluded that defendant struck the blows that ultimately resulted in the death.
