This is a consolidated interlocutory appeal and petition for writ of mandamus arising from an order denying a motion to compel arbitration brought by appellants/relators, IKON Office Solutions, Inc. ("IKON"), Gaylen McClusky, and Charlie Hollis. See TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM CODE ANN. § 171.098a(1) (Vernon Supp. 1999); see also Jack. B. Anglin Co. v. Tipps, 842 S.W.2d 266
