These are applications by the above-captioned respondents to dismiss the proceedings pending against them on speedy trial grounds.

All three respondents are charged with crimes which, if committed by an adult, would constitute the crimes of assault in the second degree, a class D felony, in violation of section 120.05 (2) of the Penal Law and assault in the third degree in violation of section 120.00 (2)...
