The plaintiff, Nancy Moulton-Garland, appeals the Superior Court's (Fitzgerald, J.) order granting summary judgment to the defendant, Cabletron Systems, Inc. (Cabletron), because she filed suit more than three years after her cause of action accrued. See RSA 508:4 (1997). We affirm.
