In this consolidated appeal, Efrain Nunez Martinez appeals his conviction for tampering with a governmental record,1 and the subsequent revocation of his probation. The court sentenced appellant to imprisonment for five and seven years, respectively. We affirm the conviction, but reverse and remand for a new punishment hearing, and affirm the revocation...
