The defendants, Paul Hryniewicz and West Service Corporation, are indebted to the plaintiff as a result of a judgment in the original amount of $525,000. The plaintiff obtained a postjudgment order for a public sale of Hryniewicz' shares of stock in Mountain Laurel Realty, Inc. (Mountain Laurel). The trial court thereafter approved the sale for $200,000 and ordered Hryniewicz to transfer...
