This is a direct appeal from the order of the Berks County Common Pleas Court sustaining Appellee Frank Orlando's preliminary objection in the nature of a demurrer to Appellant Walter Scheipe's quo warranto action challenging Orlando's appointment to the Bern Township Board of Supervisors. For the following reasons, we reverse.
