Plaintiff Brent Fitzpatrick alleges that his termination by defendant Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and by a PennDOT County Manager, Carl Tosi, was in violation of various federal and state laws. Before the court is defendants' motion to dismiss the amended complaint.
