OPINION

Opinion by Justice GRANT.

Debra Whitehead appeals from a summary judgment granted to Victor Tobias and MS Carriers, Inc. in Whitehead's action against them for negligence.

Whitehead was riding in an automobile traveling eastbound in the left lane of a divided highway. Tobias was driving a tractor trailer traveling eastbound in the right lane. Darryl Ring, who has been severed from this action, drove down an entrance ramp, onto the highway...
