Charles Peck, proceeding pro se, filed a Freedom of Information or Privacy Act (FOIPA) action seeking to enjoin the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Secret Service (USSS) from withholding records properly requested under the FOIPA and order their production to Plaintiff.
