This case stems from a dispute over the ownership of property located at 528 Walnut Street in Statesville, North Carolina, which is presently titled in the name of defendant Anne Stewart Westlake. Plaintiff William A. Tucker, Jr. and Mrs. Westlake are brother and sister and the only children of Dorcas T. Tucker.
